Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from item arriving to you via tracking data. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we may be able to offer exchange or store credit so please do get in contact and we will be happy to help.
Limited edition or special edition items it may be possible to offer and exchange for a different size or other options but no returns can be made for this type of item as they are made to order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We recommend sending all returns via tracked shipping and sending us the tracking information once dispatched.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order number.

None refund items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Limited edition, sample sale, sale and special edition cannot be returned but may be changed or swapped for store credit. But please get in contact and we will always try our best to make sure you happy. - info@wingsoflibertyclothing.com
We also do not accept products that are worn stained damaged or second hand.

Customs and duty -
*All import duties and taxes and charges for orders outside of the UK are the responsibility of the customer. Please note you may not get any charges this is dependant on each countries rules and order value.
Items must be returned as gift or returned product on customs paper work as we are not responsible for taxes and duties back in to the UK.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Special offers and mainline item SALES and limited discounts may be eligible for return and exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items ( end of line and none restocking )of any type cannot be refunded but may be possible to exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange and item for the same item, send us an email at hi@wingsoflibertyclothing.com and we are happy to sort this out. If the item(s) are Limited Edition/Special Edition items please still get in contact and if possible we can sort a exchange or store credit.
End of line SALE item / Outlet SALE items and SAMPLE SALE items are not edible for return but if possible we can exchange but this is only if exchange items are available but if not we may be able to offer store credit. Please contact us via email or online chat to check this.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wings of Liberty Clothing and us the provided delivery address once you have contacted us via the email below - orders@wingsoflibertyclothing.com
All return packages must be marked are RETURN(S) or GIFT the customs and duty paperwork as we will not be responsible charges on returned items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary but we will always provide tracking details.
Please make sure that you use a tracked and insured service when returning items are this will protect you if the shipping company looses the package or it is damaged in transit.
