Do you ship Worldwide?

We do and we only send our order via a fully tracked service so you know when your order will arrive.

How do I know my order was successful?

Once you have placed the order you will get a confirmation email within a few moments confirming your purchase.

Are orders tracked?

Yes all order we send are fully tracked and tracking information is sent to you via the email you placed the order with.

How can I get News on new drops and discounts?

Signup to our newsletter via the popup or footer link and get newsletters from us and be the first to get all the drop ad discount information.

Will you restock items that are SOLD OUT?

If the items are LTD (Limited Edition) and we have stated it will not restock, this item will not restock. If the item is LTD some times production can be slow so we brake the release in to two parts. If items are Essential lines we will do small restocks spread over time until the item is discontinued.

How can I get FREE shipping?

If you are in the UK it’s FREE outside of the UK – FREE to the EU spend over £190 Worldwide spend over £250 Shipping will be deducted automatically.

Do you ship to, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, China, Australia, New Zealand?

Yes we do and we have shipped to all of them many times all fully tracked.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once its shipped?

Depending on the order size and shipping we send it by for express it will be 1-3 days and for the standard 3-6 days.

How do I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to make modifications to orders once they have been placed. Due to our efforts to ensure that your receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you put an invalid or wrong address, your order will ship out to that address and be returned to our warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated and additional shipping charges will apply.

Can I return SALE items or SAMPLE SALE items?

All Limited SALES, Sample SALE, Special Product SALEs are final and cannot be refunded but my be eligible for store credit if its not sale or sample sale items.

Why was my order cancelled?

Wingsoflibertyclothing.com was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the Billing Address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled. If you order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.
